Preventative Care
IDENTIFY & PREVENT
Integrating modern scientific methods with traditional naturopathy, we work to identify and prevent acute and chronic illnesses, optimize the body’s internal processes, and to lay the foundation for lasting health. The basis of our preventative protocol is nourishment with high nutrient density, alongside dietary supplements in the form of minerals, micronutrients, vitamins, enzymes, structural fat and essential fatty acids. Additionally, we restore and stabilize the body through the purification and detoxification of afflicted organs, and promote regeneration at the cellular level with the application of bioactive substances.

RESTORE & REGENERATE
With the proprietary Cell Membrane Therapy as our pillar protocol, we provide an individualized approach to the treatment of neurotoxic, neurodegenerative symptomology and chronic infectious diseases and illnesses. For patients receiving or recovering from cytotoxic, chemical or radiotherapeutical treatments, our treatments promote improved cellular function, cell membrane protection, enzyme reaction, detoxification performance and immune stabilization. We also work to intercept and reorient the stress cycle through practical and psychological stress management, as well as regeneration for both mind and body.
Mind-Body Connection
MindBody
HOLISTIC HEALTH
Grounded in neurobiological research, we promote enhanced body-mind communication through body-centered methods such as conscious breathing, conscious communication, manifestation, meditation and cognitive elements.

Glossary
CELL MEMBRANE THERAPY
Cell membrane therapy uses natural biological cell membrane components like phospholipids, enzymes, methylation, or sulfation to modify, repair, or enhance cellular function. This innovative approach holds potential for addressing various health conditions by influencing cell behavior and cell integrity.
CONSCIOUS BREATHING
Conscious breathing includes techniques like mindful, cranio-sacral, diaphragmatic breathing. This practice involves intentionally focusing on one's breath to promote relaxation and reduce stress, and produces positive effects on mental well-being, emotional regulation, and overall physiological health.
DETOXIFICATION
Detoxification is the process of eliminating or neutralizing harmful substances such as metabolic byproducts or toxic substances, heavy metals, organophosphates, pesticides, plasticizers, inorganic substances from the body. Various methods, including membrane therapy, dietary changes, fasting, or specific interventions, are promoted for their potential to support the body's natural detoxification mechanisms.
EPIGENETIC TOXICITY
Epigenetic toxicity involves disruptions in DNA methylation, histone modification, and RNA regulation. It results from environmental factors that cause adverse changes in gene regulation, and which can potentially lead to health issues like cancer and developmental disorders.
FATTY ACID ANALYSIS
Fatty acid analysis is a method used to identify and quantify the types and amounts of fatty acids like short chain-, middle chain- and long chain fatty acids, and saturated fatty acids present in cell membranes. This analysis provides insights into an individual’s lipid metabolism and overall nutritional status, and can be valuable in studying various health conditions.
GENETIC MICROBIOME ANALYSIS
Genetic microbiome analysis provides insights into the diversity, composition, and functional potential of the gut’s microbes, offering valuable information for understanding their role in individual health and disease.
HYPOXIA & HYPEROXIA TRAINING
Hypoxia training involves exposing individuals to reduced oxygen levels, simulating high-altitude conditions, to enhance cardiovascular, respiratory and mitochondrial function. Hyperoxia training involves breathing higher-than-normal levels of oxygen with the aim of improving athletic performance and recovery.
IMMUNE DIAGNOSTICS
Immune diagnostics involves the use of specific antibodies and other immune system components in order to identify infections and autoimmune disorders by analyzing the body's immune response.
MEDICAL HYPNOSIS
Medical hypnosis employs guided relaxation and focused attention to induce a trance-like state, allowing individuals to be more open to healing and therapeutic purposes. In medical settings, hypnosis is used to manage pain, reduce stress, and address certain psychological or behavioral issues.
MICROBIOME GUT HEALTH
Microbiome gut health refers to the diversity of microorganisms residing in the digestive system, and which is unique to each patient. Collectively, the microorganisms found within the gut’s microbiome influence digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune function.
MITOCHONDRIAL MEDICINE
Mitochondrial medicine focuses on disorders related to the dysfunction of mitochondria – the cellular powerhouses responsible for energy production. Therapeutic approaches range from detoxification to structural repair.
NEUROTRANSMITTER
Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers that transmit signals between nerve cells, or neurons, in the brain and other parts of the nervous system. They play a crucial role in regulating mood, cognition, and various physiological processes.
PHOSPHOLIPIDS
Phospholipids are essential molecules found in cell membranes, consisting of a hydrophilic (water-attracting) head and hydrophobic (water-repelling) tail. These liposome molecules contribute to the structural integrity and selective permeability of cell membranes, playing a vital role in maintaining cellular function and integrity.
SOFT MEDICAL COLONICS
Often promoted for detoxification and digestive health, soft medical colonics involve the infusion of water into the colon to cleanse and remove waste. Abdominal massage with medical expertise enhances the effect of the treatment.
